Refund Policy 

The refund policy explains that Major Kalshi Classes (MKC) aims to ensure customer satisfaction but has specific conditions for refunds and cancellations. 

For physical books, you can request a refund only if the item arrives damaged, torn, or incorrect. The book must be returned unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase. 

The policy outlines the process and timeframes for returns and refunds: after contacting customer support and receiving approval, you must return the item at your own shipping expense (which is non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund). 

In these cases, you are also eligible for a replacement if you prefer. However, e-books and other digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, and customized or special orders cannot be refunded or cancelled. 

Replacements for damaged or incorrect books are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. 

Once the returned book is received and inspected, the company will notify you about approval. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within about 10-15 business days.

For order cancellation, you can cancel your order with a full refund if you contact support before the item is dispatched. 

There are no cancellation fees for orders canceled before dispatch, but return shipping costs will be deducted if the book has already been sent out. 

The policy also provides contact details for support if you have questions about refunds or cancellations. 

However, cancellations after dispatch are not allowed; in that case, you must follow the return process and meet the eligibility conditions to receive a refund.
