Subscription Policy

Major Kalshi offers subscription-based access to its products and services on a billing model (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as specified at the time of purchase). 

By subscribing, users agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with their chosen plan. 

Subscription benefits remain active only while the account is in good standing and payments are successfully processed.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. 

Users may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription through their account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access will continue until that period expires. 

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing cycles.

Major Kalshi reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features with prior notice to subscribers. 

Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle onward. Continued use of the subscription after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
